Sugar Tyme Crabapple 5-ft branched tree

Sugar Tyme’s pale pink buds open into fragrant white flowers. Red fruits hang on the tree into winter, providing color and wildlife food. The canopy is upright, spreading, slightly oval, growing to about 18 ft tall and 15 ft wide.

Sometimes mistakenly called cherries because of their profuse spring flowers, lustrous foliage, and colorful tiny fruits on long stems. Spring, flowers, persistent fruit, and interesting structure give year round interest. Great for attracting birds. THe small size makes them a great tree in a small yard or close to the home. Crabapples are a ubiquitous and beloved landscaping staple.
